Wrong Form view in "Developer" Tab for "Accounts"

When I choose "Developer" --> "Design This Form" --> "Run This Form" without
any changes another layout than the original one appears. I urge not to
submit any changes because the Developer tab does not seem to work properly.

I believe BCM completely takes over the display of form, so Outlook's
"Design This Form" won't work with BCM forms.

Is this confirmed? I really would like to make some minor changes to
some of the forms, but I can't seem to. Can anyone help with this?
